Data Transfer

You've got your new computer but all the data is on your old one and you've no way of moving it. Don't worry, we can help.

Not only can we transfer all files, be they personal documents, photos or music, but we can also transfer your e-mail and Favourites list (from Internet Explorer). At the same time we can reconfigure your e-mail so that it all works just like before. NOTE: Programs cannot be moved and the original installation disks will be required.

Data Recovery

We can recover data from both laptop and computer hard drives. Much of the work we do ourselves, but for total hard drive failures (where the computer won't recognise the drive at all) we offer services through our business partner, Ontrack Data Recovery.

Charges start with the cost of a call out, thereafter the size of hard drive, amount of data and exact nature of the hard drive problem will all be factors in the cost.

To date we have a 100% success rate of recovering data from a drive which the computer can still recognise. Ontrack have a 90% success rate on all drives, including those which have been crushed and even drilled! So there is a good chance that your data can be recovered, whatever the circumstances.
