There is some support we can provide without actually having to come to you. We take control of your computer from our office via the internet, using some very clever (and secure) technology, and resolve the problem from there.

Obviously your internet connection needs to be working and it needs to be something we KNOW we can resolve. There are lots of things for which restarts of the computer are required, software needs installing and there are certain limitations to what we can do because of the nature of the connection.

So, please don't think we can just 'take control and sort it out', because it's not always that simple. Rest assured though, we will let you know if we can.

Charges apply for this work and you will be advised before we take control of your computer.
